I am not able to find the Surgery that I am looking for?

While we have tried to make our list as comprehensive as possible, there could be that the Surgery you are looking for is not seen in the list. What will you charge for providing me with the quotes?

How are your quotes verified?

For every case of yours, we get in touch with the Hospital and get a Surgery quote which is relevant for your condition. Are there Value Added Services free?

It depends on the Value added services. Some of them are free, while some of them are available at nominal charges. You can read in detail about each service in its terms and conditions.



What if I do not want to avail the Value Added Services that you are providing in this Surgery package?

Since some of the Surgery packages have Value Added Services which are not transferrable or have a limited validity, in case that you do not want the Value Added Services, the Value Added Services will expire. You can refuse to avail any Value Added Services that you do not want to have.



How will the Patient Assistant help me at the Hospital?

The Patient Assistant will assist you in the paper work and other formalities at the Hospital during your consultation visit. At the time of admission, the Patient Assistant will help us with the empanelment formalities. During your stay at the Hospital, the Patient Assistant will help in getting medicines from the Pharmacy, collect medical reports, etc. At the time of the discharge, the Patient Assistant will help you in doing the discharge formalities.



What will happen if after meeting the Surgeon, the Surgeon says that I do not need to undergo this Surgery?

It might so happen that after meeting the Surgeon during the first consultation, the Surgeon informs you that you do not need to undergo this Surgery. In this case, the Patient Assistant will just take the feedback from you for the process that he assisted you with. You can contact us back in case you need to undergo any other procedure in the future.
